Our Panels
All standard flat metal panels are crafted from 14-gauge (.075”) U.S. steel and come with pre-drilled 0.210” mounting holes (designed for either #8 or #10 hardware) along a 2” border, unless otherwise specified by the customer in the checkout or order notes. The panels are undersized by a 0.100". For example, if a panel is listed as 30” x 60”, the actual rough dimensions will be 29.9” x 59.9” + or - .020”.

Installation
Our standard panels are built for effortless installation, featuring pre-drilled holes along the perimeter. They can be framed into wood or mounted directly onto most surfaces. For a cleaner look and added strength, you can opt for the bent flange mounting option at an additional cost. Each order also includes mounting hardware, ensuring you're ready to install the panels as soon as they arrive.

Our Process
The graphics on the shop is just a reference point and it may not look exactly the same with the different size panels. (If there is a concern about how the panel design will actually look, then feel free to let us know and we will show you a PDF Drawing upon request after an order is placed and before shop production.) Our decorative panels come in several finishes. We offer our panels in black, weathered rust (real rust finish), white and sanded steel on these panels as an option. You may choose the colors from the drop-down menu.

Our production times are currently running between 5-8 weeks. We DO NOT keep items in stock as some of our items have a high demand and we are constantly producing these art pieces, therefore there IS a production/processing time for all orders. We do not mass produce.

Our shipping dates are ESTIMATED dates on the shop. Your product may ship out sooner or later, depending on the availability of supplies or materials. We will reach out to customers to let them know of the status of their orders, if we run into such delays. If you would like to meet with us via a zoom call prior to ordering, please let us know. We are happy to meet our customers virtually and will arrange for a convenient time to do so. You are what makes us, and we truly mean that from our hearts.

Customization Request:

We welcome any custom request and will work with you to create, design, resize, change or alter a product. There will be a graphic design fee involved for such request based on an hourly rate.

Shop Policies:
1.    No returns or exchanges on panel orders
2.    Customers are to cover return shipping costs, and any fees associated with it.
3.    There can be no cancellations once production process has been initiated or started.
4.    Customer is responsible in reading entire description before placing an order.
5.    Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. All packaging must be kept, and photos taken of damage for insurance claims to be made.

    Some panels/gates may have sharp edges: These products are decorative in nature and are not intended for use by children, nor should they be climbed on by children or adults alike. By purchasing our panels, you exempt us from any liability that may arise from such incidents, as you have been warned and notified.
    By completing your purchase, you release FabriPlas Metal Works, its representatives, successors, agents, and employees from any claims related to damages, injuries, or death associated with the use of our products.
